By accessing or using Proflynk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not create more than one personal account without our permission
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use the platform
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Scrape or extract data without permission
- Use the platform for spam, phishing, or malicious activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
4. Intellectual Property
The Proflynk platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Proflynk and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Proflynk a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
- Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
6. Limitation of Liability
Proflynk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Proflynk is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
